How much does the free sample cost?

The sample itself is completely free. You only pay HK$10 for shipping and handling. Each sample contains 35g of kibble, which is enough for 1 to 3 meals depending on your dog's size. There's no subscription, no auto-billing, and no hidden charges.

How many samples can I order?

You can order up to 3 different formula samples in a single order. This is what we recommend, because it lets you compare proteins side by side and see which one your dog actually prefers. The HK$10 shipping covers all samples in the order.

How long does delivery take?

Is the sample the same product as the full bag?

Yes, 100%. We don't use a separate "sample formula." The 35g you receive is the exact same kibble from the same production batch as our full-size bags. What your dog tastes in the sample is exactly what they'll get in the full bag.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

That's the whole point of trying a sample first. If they don't love it, you've only spent HK$10. No commitment, no pressure. That said, our soft kibble has an exceptionally high acceptance rate, even with picky eaters. How do I transition to Finiki after the sample?

Start with 25% Finiki mixed with 75% of their current food for 3 days. Then go 50/50 for 3 days, then 75/25, and finally 100% Finiki. Most dogs transition fully within 7 to 10 days. Each sample ships with a feeding guide card that walks you through the process step by step.
