My pet has chicken allergies. Is Finiki safe?
Great question. Most "chicken allergies" are actually reactions to unbroken chicken proteins. Our hydrolysis process breaks them into micro-peptides that the immune system doesn't recognise as a threat. Many animals with chicken sensitivities do perfectly well on Finiki. That said, if there's a confirmed, vet-diagnosed chicken allergy, we recommend our Hydrolysed Duck or Mealworm & Krill formulas instead, which use completely different protein sources.
Is this suitable for puppies and kittens under 6 months?
Yes. Finiki Soft Ball Chicken is formulated for All Life Stages and meets AAFCO standards for both growth and adult maintenance. The soft 8mm kibble is especially gentle on developing teeth. For puppies and kittens under 6 months, we recommend feeding 3 ~ 4 smaller meals per day rather than 2 larger ones.
How long does one bag last?
It depends on their size. For a small breed (3 ~ 7kg), one 1.5kg bag lasts about 3 ~ 4 weeks. For medium breeds (7 ~ 15kg), around 2 weeks. Use the feeding calculator on this page to get an exact estimate based on weight. Each bag contains 5 individually sealed 300g packs, so freshness is never an issue.
Do you deliver to all areas in Hong Kong?

What if they don't like it?
That's exactly why we offer free samples (just HK$10 shipping). Try before you commit. And honestly? In our experience, the "won't eat" problem is extremely rare with Finiki. Can I mix Finiki with their current food?
Absolutely, and we recommend it. For the best transition, mix 25% Finiki with 75% current food for the first 3 days, then go 50/50 for 3 days, then 75/25, and finally 100% Finiki. This gradual switch helps their digestive system adjust comfortably. Most animals transition fully within 7 ~ 10 days.
