Registered HK businesses in pet retail, veterinary care, grooming, pet hotels, or online pet retail. You'll need a Business Registration Certificate and a physical premises or verified online presence.
MOQ varies by tier. We deliberately keep Starter accessible so single stores can trial the range before scaling. Specifics are confirmed during the onboarding call so we can align with your floor space and volume expectations.
Typically 2 to 4 weeks from first message to first delivery on shelf. That covers our onboarding call, countersigning the Partnership Agreement, your first PO, and SF Express delivery across HK (usually 2 to 4 business days).
By default, partnerships are non-exclusive — we may appoint multiple partners in the same area. Flagship-tier partners can negotiate limited district or channel exclusivity in exchange for minimum volume commitments.
All tiers get the core marketing kit (shelf talkers, leaflets, product training). Preferred adds seasonal artwork, expanded staff training, and quarterly co-branded sampling. Flagship gets fully custom co-branded campaigns and first-look on new SKUs.
Under the HK Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, we only use your data to review your application, process orders, and communicate via WhatsApp / email. Retention: duration of partnership plus 24 months. Full details in our privacy section.
